Our DDC Document Management System provides the facility for digitized documents and the information contained therein to be made available through the internet. Documents can be added to the system and managed either by a designated user or by a group of users.
The DDC Document Management System is used by organizations to satisfy quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2008. All system documents are centrally stored and managed by the Quality Manager. System documents such as work instructions are always available to the department irrespective of time, place and person.
Our system is also used for project management purposes. All project documentation is centrally managed and available to all interested parties. Project communications are improved to the benefit of project effectiveness.
The arrangement of the data, search parameters and authorizations can be set according to your wishes and the storage capacity is almost endless.
We also manage and maintain the web application through the use of DDC Application Hosting. The client may make care-free use of the system.
