On-site Scanning
In some digitization projects the client wishes to keep the documents on site. This may be for reasons of availability, safety, reliability, confidentiality, et cetera. This may also be required by legal and other regulations. To meet this requirement DDC Europe can conduct the scanning process (temporarily) on the client's site. We call this On-site Scanning.
Security
After scanning, the documents are distributed via a secure internet connection (SFTP) to a Shared Service Center in The Netherlands or one of DDC's own offshore facilities. We make use of our advanced DDC Document Distribution Platform to do this.
